Interior Designer

"Earlsfield Court is a new and beautiful purpose-built care home located in the seaside town of Bexhill-on-Sea East Sussex, offering expert person-centred residential, dementia and respite care in luxurious surroundings. Earlsfield Court was designed with luxury & hospitality in mind, the initial welcome the reception and bar area gives is one of class & elegance. The front communal hub consists of a bright and welcoming reception, a piano bar, cinema, beauty salon and private dining room where residents’ families can come and join them for afternoon tea or an evening meal. However, this is home to the residents of Earlsfield, so as you progress through the doors into residential wing the interior & atmosphere changes, to a warm & welcoming environment that the residents would be happy & comfortable to spend their days in.
The dining rooms on all 3 floors offer a communal hub for residents to socialise and experience dining in spaces that have a very elegant and restaurant-like feel, with golds and bronze colours being used. There are spaces available to sit around the open, modern servery, or tucked away in a more intimate and quieter corner. Banquet seating has also been used, again to give the dining experience a restaurant like feel for residents. All dining rooms have outdoor terraces, giving residents the opportunity to enjoy a morning coffee or evening meal outside.
The are 4 lounges at Earlsfield all with a slightly different style to suit individual’s preference; 1 cosy, homely lounge created using a warm palette of magentas and browns giving it a classic and timeless feel. Another bright and modern lounge created using a cool palette of greys brightened with hints of yellow. Mostly plain fabrics using just a few patterns to help perk up neutral elements, working together to create a balanced space.
The other 2 lounges are both situated on the Dementia floor".

"Trying to Co ordinate a full new build fit out the first week back after the Christmas Holidays threw up 1 or 2 new challenges on this project. It’s certainly the best way to blow away the cobwebs and work off the mince pies that’s for sure. Luckily For us we were working on the south coast in a beautiful part of the country Which definitely helped soften the blow. As usual our delivery team were fully up to the challenge and being Situated in a seaside town, worked full steam ahead to deliver the design teams inspirational brief. Finishing this one on time and looking back at what was achieved gave the whole team a great sense of pride and being one of the finalists in the SBID awards just proves that our hard work and dedication has once again paid off".
